His poor, four-year-old lungs tonight. So twitchy, so wheezy. I'm sad right now.
To cheer us all up, here are two sparkling Fruit Bat moments of the past weekend:
•His insisting I make him a Sunbutter, banana, lettuce and mustard sandwich, and then eating the whole thing.
•His deciding to put this on his Christmas list:
Funny Fruit Bat.

You and I are living very similar lives right now. We've been doing breathing treatments on Bubba 4 times a day for over a week now. And both kids are on antibiotics for sinus infections. I just hope YOU don't wake up in the middle of the night with an earache like I did.

What is Sunbutter? LOVE the guitar!
Is there a chance he'll outgrow the asthma? B-Dogg had a fairly bad case of it, but outgrew it at four. The doctor said he might by six years old. Any chance that might happen with Fruit Bat?

Sunbutter is Sunflower seed butter and is the best tasting alternative to peanut butter I've found. In fact, peanut butter now tastes, to me, like a poor substitute for Sunbutter. You can order it online (www.sunbutter.com) or get it at Trader Joes.

Man....I miss Trader Joe's. I love living in upstate NY, but the only thing in town is Wal-Mart, which I loathe and refuse to shop in.
My eldest had a lactose problem, but out-grew that by age 3. Here's hoping Fruit Bat out-grows his allergies and asthma soon.
I am digging that pink guitar.
I gave my girls a stack of "wish books", catalogs and whatnots to peruse for Christmas gifts. So far, they have circled and labeled stuff for their friends. Too cute....

Awww, poor guy. Quite the creative one, isn't he? I've seen a lot of sandwiches, but this one takes the cake!
Came over from Nutmeg ;)

i was just about to ask what sunbutter is, but i see someone already beat me to the punch and you've already answered. i'm just so excited to see a new sandwich idea (because my son refuses to eat sandwiches and it makes lunch planning very difficult) that i'm ready to try ANY COMBINATION IMAGINABLE!! :)
