This photo looks like it was taken 95 years ago, but I assure you that I posed for it on December 19th, 1970. My 2nd birthday.
In one year I will buy myself a big, honkin', decadent and unnecessary Coach bag.
But for now, I'm happy to still be in my 30s.

Ahh! Another guest at the 40 year old club. Next year's my turn, too. I'm dreading it, but also thankful for it. I wouldn't have started my blog if I wasn't worried about accomplishing something by 40.

Happy Birthday! (Why do you need to wait for the bag? 39-year old you deserves it just as much as 40-year old you will deserve it. Also, 39-year old you could enjoy it right now. Immediate gratification is good.)

Happy Belated Birthday. Having turned forty this year, I can tell you it really only does get better.
