That about sums it up.

amy

sums it up here too :) My three year old is the same.
It is hard being 34 today for me!

all things bd

My seven year old is going through orthodontic treatments, and told me yesterday that she wished she was three again. I am going through drama with my mother, and I told my daughter I felt the EXACT same way that she did.

I guess life gets tough at any age. Your daughter's drama is SO perfect a description of three year olds.

Burgh Baby's Mom

You are making it very difficult to maintain my illusion that three will be better than two.

Jenn

Oh, god, this knocked me out. This is so beautiful. Three sentences. THREE SENTENCES. And you said it all.

Now THAT is a gift. WOW.

I am wowed.

THREE.

Three years, in three sentences. Breathtaking.

Lyssa Ireland Thomas

My three-year-old is doing the EXACT same thing. They could hang out together and we could go for cocktails.

anne nahm

Aww... I'd like to say she'll outgrow it, but I'm still inside the house, cursing Mr. Sun and bumping into things.

papergirl

again, the perfect short story!

JCK

It is SO hard to be 3.

tanyetta

substitute she for he and you've described my son to a T :)

mamatulip

Oh, the drama. You captured it so well.

what happens next

LOL!
DS (27 months) asked me to turn off the sun yesterday b/c it was too bright!

I just found your blog and loving every bit of it :)

Deb (Missives From Suburbia)

Awwww... so beautifully expressed. Their problems are so basic that sometimes I feel guilty about my own, which sometimes feel superfluous in comparison.

mama's got moxie

toddlers are to sensitive to the sun!! my 2.5 year old is always saying that the sun is "bothering" him whenever we're in the car. i think it's pretty hilarious. especially when he starts yelling at the sun. oh, yeah, it gets really serious.

Tabithagw

well done, guy

Teej
