Dear Seattle Weather: You Suck
Last weekend we were doing this:
I was stretched across the (dirty, rocky, Washington) sand snapping pictures of sea glass:
This weekend we are staring glumly at snowflakes, too winter-weary to catch them on our tongues or mold them into little men:
Seattle Snow in April from All Adither on Vimeo.
Ah well. We'll always have last Saturday.

Well, that's a BUMMER! I hate a fake Spring.

The weather is INSANE. Sunburn one weekend, coats the next.
Must be spring.

Yes, it does suck. I just got back from Hawaii and returned to snow!!

This snow is actually starting to make me depressed.

Hi:
I was actually considering applying to an advertising job in Seattle .... but after looking at all th einfo on-line about Seattle's lousy weather .... forget it, who would want to live there? Waht a depressing area it seems to be.
Even here in western New York, an area not lnown for its great weather ... it has been in the high 70's and even mid 80's all this past week .... with mostly all sunny days.
Also, it's only mid April 2008 so far too!
It just seems to be getting worse in Seattle in the past few years!
Sorry Seattle employer ... good luck trying to find decent talent that wants to put up with the lousy Seattle weather.

My nephew recently called the weather bipolar. It appears he is right. Apparently it is bizarre everywhere.
I have a sea glass collection! So fun to find.

AHhhh! So that is where I can find sea glass. That is a hot comodity. My hubby wants to visit Seattle as do I, but live there? not sure with the weather. Hey, NW PA is not much better.

Loving the new header, but not that weather. Just make sure you don't send it to me.

Agreed.

Seattle weather always appeals to me in July, when I'm suffering from heat stroke here in California. About two more weeks and you should be snow-free, right?

Just what I posted about yesterday

Seriously. I think Portland and Seattle are both being tricked into thinking it's November and not APRIL. I am not amused.

Weather unpredictability, annoying, isn't it?

You know, I usually don't bitch about the weather, but the snow and hail in MID APRIL is wearing me down. Where is my spring?

If it makes you feel any better, our weather in Georgia won't make up its mind either. Though I will say that it hasn't snowed.
