I could blog about Tiger Woods, who disgusts me now. Who (Whom? Whom cares?) I never thought much about before a few days ago. But who has clearly been seriously power tripping these last few years or living out some teenage boys' fantasy.
I could blog about how Obama is sending more troops to Afghanistan, and how weird I feel about that, but how I'm trying to believe in him because I think he's trying his best.
I could blog about red wine, and how the only way I differentiate vintages is bitey and smooth. And how much I love smooth, but won't pay more than seven dollars for it. I'm cheap that way.
What I really wanted to do today, though, was play with my Flip.

That was really cool :)

That was a great video for "I Feel It All"! Feist should hire you to direct her next one.

I am pissed at Tiger Woods in a weird "like he has dinner at our house we are friends" way. Darn Him. Darn Him and Jon Gosselin and shame of the media! Sometimes they just go to far. And as a wife of an active duty soldier...I am OVER it already. One more thing my kid has a Flip she's never used... I am all OVER that.

Thanks for taking us on a walk with you. I am only bummed that you didn't take us all for coffee though. Maybe next time. heheh
As for Tiger? Come on. He's a guy with a talent for hitting a ball. Not a hero or saint. He can be a complete jerk just as well as the insurance salesman next door. I think if we are disillusioned in him or any other public figure it has a lot to do with our own willingness to think of them as though they were something more than human. I'll be pissed if he buys the wife a big diamond, says "my bad" on TV and we all look the other way. Now that's disappointing.

LeSan, I'd be disillusioned with anyone who cheated on his wife (starting, as far as we know, when she was 7 months pregnant...the most vulnerable time in a woman's life). Especially when it wasn't that he fell madly in love with someone else, but that he wanted naughty sex with multiple slutty women. Yes, that he has a squeaky clean image does make his fall seem steeper and more tragic, but still...
