My photog friend Sarah Alston, an amazing Seattle-area photographer who is personable, professional, and very talented, took these photos of me to promote a super cool shoot she does called Trash the Dress. The premise is that the subject wears a fabulous dress in grungy, dirty locations and the juxtaposition makes for a kick ass contrast.
We had tons of fun hanging out in downtown Ballard last night, wandering around the shipyards, railroad tracks, and one record store.
I learned a few things about myself on this excursion:
1. I feel like an idiot in front of the lens and much prefer being behind it.
2. I wish I really would/could wear the three-inch heels I put on for the shoot.
3. I need to start working with arm weights.
4. I love jeans.
If you ever need a professional photographer in Seattle, please check out Sarah. She's a dream to work with and she knows her stuff.

I think you look fan-freaking-tastic!
