god, what a hard question. i love different cheeses for different reasons, but gooey mozzerella or super stinky gorgonzola are probably my favorites. except maybe it's a soft chevre. or an aged asiago. so hard!

Havarti with dill is a rare pleasure I indulge in sometimes, since I rarely buy a whole block of cheese, but when I do I want something tasty. Although I had a sample of butterkase at Kroger last week and had forgotten how amazingly tasty that stuff is (I worked in the Kroger deli several years ago and got introduced to so many fun cheeses). That will probably be my next brick purchase (unless of course I win some coupons!).

Being from Wisconsin I love my cheese something fierce. Cheddar, muenster, brie, and blue cheese are all at the top, though the best brie I've ever had was actually in Germany.

I don't think there is one cheese that is my favorite. Cheese and bread is my most favorite dinner in all the world. I love cheese and I love bread!

My favorites are butter cheese from Ohio Amish country, Alouette's garlic and herb, triple cream brie, and just about any other soft cheese. I want some now......lol!
