Mmmm! Baked brie with a raspberry coulis is right up there! Or goat cheese in a tossed salad with candied walnuts! Deep fried goat cheese with honey is absolutely delish! Or a sharp cheddar in a buffalo chicken salad... Oh my gawd, I'm drooling now!!! :)...

Christine

Gorgonzola! Blue cheese! extra sharp cheddar. Seriously, anything. I heart cheese!

Kellie

Havarti, havarti, havarti, and Edam.

Whole milk mozzarella. A great aged swiss. Brie. Cheese curds. Chevre. Feta. Cheddar (everything from Colby to Extra Sharp). Provolone. Muenster. Armenian (with and without seeds). Goat. Parmigianno Reggiano. Havarti. Gouda. Manchego. Ricotta. Peccorino. Queso Fresco. Queso Blanco. Cotija. Chihuahua. Halloumi.

Don't get me started on the smoked cheeses... LOL

Basically anything that's not a blue cheese - I don't like any of those.

Yes, I am a lover of cheese. I think I was a mouse in a former life :)

amanda

Gotta go with muenster :)

joods

Love cheese!
Feta is a fave...as is the garlic and herb spread from Alouette. :)

Danielle

I love me a good chevre!

I don't discriminate against cheese! It has to be a food group. However if i could eat my weight in one kind of cheese it would be classified as all the "stinky" cheeses blue, gogonzola, stilton and anything else you might take a whif of and say "yum"!

bridget salvia

Smoked Gouda is by far my favorite cheese in the entire world! I could eat an entire wheel all by itself.

ohiogirl

I love brie - with fig jam!
