My sister devised this recipe and my dad named it. It's a family thing.
It's also embarrassingly easy and delectably tasty:
•Splat two (or more) skinless, boneless chicken breasts into a casserole dish. (Can even use frozen chicken)
•Sprinkle with oregano
•Crumble feta cheese over the top
•Pour on some jarred pasta sauce
•Top with mozzarella
•Bake at 350 for approximately 45 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink
