This looks lovely... but it still can't make me overcome my repulsion of beets. (I pretend they aren't really in my V8 Juice.)


I love beets. I'm so making this. I've already done the cut & paste job so I can add it to my recipe binder.



Ok, I just don't know about this one. My mind is not that open.


I've been curious about beets ever since that Tom Robbins book--is it Jitterbug Perfume where he talks about beets so much? Can't do gorgonzola, though. I did work at a Russian place in college that made a great borscht. Hm...
