Apps are my favorite thing about the holidays, and these would not last long in my house either.

Cocktail sausages always seem to go so fast at a party. Guess there's a reason they've been around for so many years!

I was making a larger scale version of this recipe for a get-together and turned out not to have enough honey. My solution? I added a can of cranberry sauce (only had whole-berry on hand, but it worked). I also cooked them in a crockpot since I'm too lazy to roast and stir and stuff. The sausages came out really tasty, and they weren't overly fruit flavored - the most notable flavor was from the sesame oil, then there was the sweetness. Because of the addition, I had more glaze than was strictly needed, but it made a fantastic dipping sauce.
