you should be ashamed of yourself for this one lol! num num num....if only I could eat pork bacon. Now I have to put potatoes on the menu all next week! :oP

I know this one is very naughty. You could drain the bacon fat, add a drop of olive oil and saute the potatoes that way. If you have a conscience that is. :)

I usually go the olive oil & kosher salt version, but I think my menfolk will fall in love with this one! Maybe tomorrow night??
