This salad comes from a Cooking Light that is a million years old. Or maybe only four or five. But we've made it and loved it since the first time we tried it.

One of my favorite salads for sure. Blue cheese and apple on spinach is a flawless combo.

Yummy! I've made a similar one with poppyseeds in the dressing and some candied pecans sprinkled over it. Delish!
