We like to randomly make up chocolate chip cookie recipes. It's how we prefer to spend rainy afternoons. Sometimes our concoctions work. Sometimes not so much. But yesterday, we think we hit upon a winner.

That sounds good! I've printed it out to make tonight for dessert.
Do you know how many graham crackers it takes to make 1 cup?
Are you talking regular oats or quick oats?
Anyway, thanks for the recipe.

It takes five or six grahams. And I used regular oats, but I think quick would work too.

Yum! I've been thinking of chocolate chip cookies lately, maybe we'll try these ones instead of the usual!

I've got a box of graham cracker crumbs left over from something. This would be a great use for them.
Thanks

Just made them. They are flat---no rise at all. They are still cooling so I haven't tasted yet.
Are you sure there are no eggs in the recipe?
gramps

Gramps, Nope, no eggs. Perhaps try 3/4 cups of butter instead of one cup? Or add a teaspoon of baking soda.
I really hope these taste good for you, at least.

General idea - why not add a survey to this awesome forum so that you can know what us users want? Something like the runpolls surveys would fit in great.
