Tender potatoes, sweet-tangy white wine and a creamy roux make this a Side to die for. We've prepared this dish more than once and, with each try, it turns out better than the time before.

I'm so totally making this on Monday for my birthday! But seriously, pork chops or rotisserie chicken is not slacking -- at least in my house...those are two of my guys' favorite meals!

This sounds so wonderfully different, I can't wait to try it. It would go great with some tenderloins off the grill.

My mouth is watering!
But please don't tell me pork chops and chicken are slacking... I feel pretty darn good on the nights I serve them!

This looks fabulous! I love using cream with mushrooms, and potatoes too, Yum! Some baby portabellas would also be delicious in this recipe. They are just a little bit more mature than a crimini, making them more flavourful and meaty! Thanks for sharing!
