Mmm. I like the little round loaves of sourdough hollowed out as the bowl for the soup, but I'm kind of a glutton. Also, where's the garlic? garlic is antibacterial and anti-viral and kills all the bad germs!

delish. just found your blog from a comment you made on Mir's. Amen to bug-free Seattle. Love you're site, and your rating system. Right up my alley.

Thank you! I'm so glad you came over to my little corner of the internet. Especially from Mir's site. She's my favorite blogger.

Perfect for today! I've been fighting off something for the last 2 weeks and I'm pretty sure this will push away any nasty germs. Yum!

Very interesting article! Thanks for your great blog and your nice type of writing.

Best regards, Henry

For healing carbs you should try what is called "mish mosh" soup.

It's matzoball soup, with also a kreplach (jewish ravioli), kasha (buckwheat ghroats, a nice toasty tasting grain) and a few noodles for luck.

One bowl of this and everything feels much much better : )

Yum, yum! That looks great.. I love that half-assed still mean delicious, easy and healthy!

For even more half-assery, I recommend using frozen veggies. I love that I can get pre-chopped onion, which is definitely worth the extra thirty cents for me to not have to peel, chop, and cry over them.
