Here's what you need and how you do it
2 pounds tomatoes
2 jalapeños, seeded and cored
1 clove garlic, peeled
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves (do not omit, delicious)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
Mince all ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors. Eat within a couple of days (best on first day).
Makes two to three cups of salsa.
